Born in Leicestershire, England/UK, spent 20 years working in the health profession, followed by a big life and work change; completion of the Cambridge University accredited certification for teaching English as a second language, and a move to northern Argentina to teach English. There I fell in love with the place, people, culture, weather, outdoor life and my adorable Argentine rescue dog.
Ten years later, and recently repatriated, I am now back and based in the UK again. Possess a good command of Spanish and have worked very successfully in both private English institutes and for myself as an English teacher – a digital nomad, with proven results, clearly reflected in my “happy students” testimonials.
As a British native myself, learners have first-hand exposure to colloquial language, idiomatic phrases and expressions, and naturally a greater general understanding of British culture and tradition.
